This role is open at the Associate or Senior Associate level, based on hands-on experience and matter complexity — not years licensed. The firm is entering its busiest season and is looking for an attorney who can step in with confidence, manage meaningful client work, and contribute immediately within a well-run, systems-driven practice. Requirements

• Senior Associate (Preferred)
• Substantial experience drafting trust-based estate plans
• Lead attorney experience managing formal probate matters
• Proficiency with advanced estate planning strategies, including:
• Charitable Trusts
• Irrevocable Trusts
• Flat ILITs
• GRATs
• QPRTs
• Associate
• Solid foundation in estate planning and probate
• Comfortable managing files with supervision
• Eager to grow within a structured, high-volume practice

Nice To Haves

• LL.M. in Taxation and/or Board Certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Draft and administer trust-based estate plans
• Manage formal probate administrations
• Work closely with assigned paralegals and support staff
• Participate in daily huddles and case strategy reviews
• Deliver empathetic, detail-oriented client counsel
• Operate within proven systems and processes
