Your role as a Estate Planning Paralegal As a Part Time Estate Planning Paralegal at Woven Legal LLC, your role will encompass various responsibilities to ensure smooth client interactions and impeccable document management. You will conduct initial client intake reviews to identify key issues, prepare and accurately draft client information packets (CIMI), and manage document versions from drafting through completion. Your coordination skills will shine as you facilitate Draft Review meetings and prepare for client signing sessions, ensuring all documents are executed properly. You’ll also handle funding coordination, including post-signing confirmations and asset checklists, while offering funding support to clients and addressing basic trust funding inquiries. With a strong understanding of trust funding and estate plan structures, you’ll adeptly navigate each case with minimal attorney oversight. Proficiency in WealthCounsel and MyCase is preferred, but a quick learning ability will also be valued.
