Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured processes
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple matters at different stages
  • Comfortable learning and working within systems such as Clio and Lawmatics
  • A collaborative, reliable team member who follows through
  • Candidates with legal experience, client-facing experience, or strong professional maturity are encouraged to apply

Nice To Haves

  • A college degree or paralegal certificate
  • Prior estate planning experience
  • Lawmatics or WealthCounsel experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake calls and help pre-qualify estate planning leads
  • Guide clients through document collection and next steps
  • Create and manage client files in Clio and Lawmatics
  • Draft estate planning documents under attorney supervision
  • Coordinate with internal and remote drafting support when needed
  • Prepare clients and materials for signing meetings
  • Assist with post-signing follow-up and file completion
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients throughout their matter
