About The Position

The Enterprise Special Services team is expanding and is in search of a talented and driven Account Specialist to enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers utilizing Inbound Transportation. As the company continues to innovate in transportation and logistics, there is a constant evaluation of network shipper defects and proactive improvements through shipper coaching and performance management. The role involves working directly with shippers to devise solutions and actions to enhance shipper performance metrics.

Requirements

• Account Management/Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, intermodal, and supply chain.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Good relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Technical skills in supply chain management.
• Experience in party planning, event coordination, real estate, sales, or restaurants can be beneficial.
• 2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.

• Experience in writing documents on process improvement proposals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily.
• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
• Identify root causes of transportation defects.
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
• Lead Daily Business Review Stand-up calls.
