T-Mobile is seeking a collaborative and detail oriented ESG reporting professional to join their ESG Strategy & Sustainability team. In this role, you will play a key role in establishing T-Mobile as a leader in responsible business practices. You will be responsible for owning the design, management, and continuous improvement of T-Mobile’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) data infrastructure — ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment with evolving global standards. This includes leading the data collection and disclosure readiness process for internal and external ESG reporting led by the team, which encompasses the annual Corporate Responsibility Report and alignment to ESG frameworks and standards, such as GRI, SASB, and CSRD. The role will also develop and continuously evolve a scalable ESG data management framework and collection approach that supports T-Mobile’s priority ESG topics, regulatory compliance, business priorities and enterprise decision-making. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week) in the office. Our preferred locations are Overland Park, KS or Frisco, TX; we may also consider Bellevue, WA
