This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Responsibilities

Open and manage escrow accounts for residential and commercial real estate transactions
Safeguard and disburse escrow funds with precision and integrity
Prepare, review, and process closing documents from open to settlement
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys as a trusted, neutral liaison
Ensure all settlements are completed in full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risk to protect clients and the company
