About The Position

Seeking experienced Escrow Officer to join our Columbia County team! This full time, in office position offeres excellent benefits, including 401K, medical, dental, vision and pent insurance, stock purchase options, paid vacation and sick leave. Pay is based on experience. Escrow Officer position has many different duties. Working up transactions, handling signing appointments. Balancing transactions, and the ablility to work on or adapt to different computer programs. Responsibilities include partnering with the sales team on marketing efforts, representing the company at real estate events, and engaging with the local community. A positive, can‑do attitude is a strong plus.

Requirements

Experience in the escrow field required.
Must have a solid understanding of title and escrow industry practices and be fully knowledgeable in the complete escrow process
The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a team‑focused approach.
A current Notary Public commission is required.
Exhibits excellent work habits and a solid work ethic, and can accurately follow instructions provided by Realtors and lenders.
