About The Position
As an Escrow Officer at Clear Title Company, you will be responsible for managing real estate closings and ensuring all parties involved have a seamless experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Opening, processing, and closing escrow transactions. Coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing process. Preparing and reviewing closing documents. Clearing title issues and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Handling funds and disbursements accurately. Facilitating communication between all parties to ensure a successful closing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant (REQUIRED)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
