About The Position
As an Escrow Officer I, you’ll manage real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a great client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into an officer role and grow.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in escrow or real estate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software
- Valid Notary Commission and driver’s license
- Indiana Title License - either current or willing to obtain within 90 days
Nice To Haves
- Proficient in Spanish is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage residential, commercial, and national transactions
- Prepare and present closing documents
- Coordinate and conduct closings, and disbursements
- Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction
- Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations
- Perform notary duties and represent the company professionally
