This role requires attention to detail, demonstrated supervisory abilities, and the ability to provide guidance for employee growth while consistently monitoring and improving quality and efficiency benchmarks. The supervisor will also handle administrative and reporting tasks, adapt to organizational change, identify process improvements, and may be required to travel as needed.
