A creative problem solver: you have a proven track record of thinking “outside the box” to solve complicated problems. You have a global perspective, sound business judgment, and are truth-seeking in your solutioning and decisioning. You are also willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to solve the problem. Highly collaborative: you’re a strong communicator with the ability to motivate, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams. You’re a natural planner and organizer, and can effectively manage bandwidth and resources inside and outside your organization to bring about the successful completion of key objectives and initiatives.
