Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in escrow management or a related field, with a strong understanding of escrow processes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Experience Notes, Deeds of Trusts, Finance.
• Knowledge of real estate transactions and related legal documentation.
• 2 years of banking or loan servicing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients, Buyers, Sellers to provide updates and resolve any issues.
• Prepare and review documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before execution.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
