Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Basic math skills (counting, measuring, simple calculations)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Training provided for candidates with the right attitude and desire to learn
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

• Operate Esco machinery following standard work instructions
• Load and unload parts and monitor machine cycles
• Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections
• Accurately record production and quality data
• Identify and report quality or equipment concerns
• Perform basic cleaning and light preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
