About The Position

Cennox is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a specialized focus on electronic security solutions. This role demands a blend of expertise in project management and a deep understanding of the latest security technologies, particularly as they apply to the banking and retail industries. The ideal candidate will lead projects that enhance our clients' security posture, ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge electronic security systems.

Requirements

At least 5 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on managing projects in electronic security, preferably in banking, retail, or similar sectors.
In-depth knowledge of electronic security systems, cybersecurity protocols, and industry- specific regulations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable.
Proven ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds
Ability to work indoors and outside (including during inclement weather)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to sit and drive vehicle with extensive travel
Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
Vision correctable to 20/20

Responsibilities

Accurately define project scopes and develop comprehensive proposals, ensuring meticulous management of project budgets and expenditures to meet or exceed margin expectations and financial objectives.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of electronic security system projects, including but not limited to, access control systems, surveillance technology, intrusion detection, and cybersecurity measures.
Collaborate with stakeholders across banking, retail, and commercial sectors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring successful project execution.
Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking project milestones and deliverables.
Ensure projects comply with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly in data protection and cybersecurity.
Assess and implement new technologies and trends in electronic security, advising on solutions that enhance operational efficiency and security for Cennox's clientele.
Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure high- quality delivery of security solutions.
Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
