ERTS Weekend Dispatcher
About The Position
Clean Harbors is seeking an onsite ERTS dispatcher in Norwell, MA or Jacksonville, FL. This role involves organizing and coordinating the daily activities of dispatching employees and equipment across multiple organizational locations. The dispatcher will coordinate incoming customer requests, ensuring that the appropriate manpower and equipment are dispatched to deliver excellent and timely customer services. Additionally, the position requires maintaining effective communications among all personnel and equipment necessary to provide services to customers. Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate daily activities of dispatching employees and equipment for multiple locations within the organization
- Coordinate incoming customer requests and ensure the proper manpower and equipment is dispatched to provide excellent and on-time customer services
- Ensure that effective communications exist between all personnel and equipment required to provide services to customers
