Wayne Metro seeks a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a passion for data, family services, and community engagement. This internship provides hands-on experience in ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance), offering an excellent opportunity to develop skills in program operations, compliance, and data management. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the ERSEA team to support enrollment processes, maintain accurate data, and assist with recruitment and attendance initiatives while gaining exposure to federal Head Start requirements.
