Summary: We are seeking a skilled ERP Business Analyst to document "to-be" processes, define performance metrics, and identify process gaps. The role involves mapping business processes to ERP modules, participating in user acceptance testing, creating documentation, and delivering training during ERP implementations. This position serves as a communication liaison to the business, with an expert understanding of business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant business function or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of business and/or ERP implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP methodology and business process mapping.
• Proficiency in creating documentation and training materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on complex projects in diverse technical environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document "to-be" processes and define performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve business process gaps.
• Map business processes to ERP modules in collaboration with consultants.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure quality delivery.
• Create documentation and training materials for ERP implementation.
• Deliver training sessions to users during the ERP implementation phase.
• Provide system support post-implementation.
• Act as a communication liaison to the business during ERP implementation.
• Work on multiple projects as a team member or occasional technical leader.
• Coach and mentor junior technical staff.
