Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Module Lead to direct and integrate a specific ERP module within our organization. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of business strategies and processes, and will work closely with team members to define and implement business requirements. This role requires strong communication and coordination with other Team Leads, business leadership, and Project Managers to ensure smooth integration across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of IT and business work experience, including managing teams responsible for systems implementation or infrastructure support.
  • Proven experience in middle-level management, often recruited internally from high-level management positions.
  • Strong consensus decision-making skills and ability to drive ownership and acceptance of changes.
  • Experience working on complex business issues with significant enterprise impact.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with business leadership and management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall direction and integration for a specific ERP module or business area.
  • Understand business strategies and define the business requirements for the ERP module.
  • Communicate and coordinate with Team Leads, business leadership, and Project Managers for seamless integration.
  • Oversee, define, and monitor critical path activities and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
  • Drive design and implementation of new business processes and ERP configurations.
  • Act as a credible representative of the business function/process supported.
  • Influence business leadership and management decisions to ensure successful implementation.
  • Mentor and manage supervisors, project leads, and/or technical staff.
