Responsible for providing technical leadership in the administration, configuration, & optimization of the organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system – including Dynamics 365 Business Central, & Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Workforce Go! (WFG). Design, develop, validate, & maintain Power BI datasets, dashboards, & financial reports. Provides system maintenance, troubleshooting, reporting, & enhancement initiatives, supporting Finance, Payroll, HR & other departments utilizing the ERP system. Serves as a primary resource for the ERP everyday functionality, system updates, data integrity, & user support while driving process improvements & technology adoption. Responsible for ensuring system configuration, workflows, reporting, & controls align with accounting policy, internal controls, & operational needs. Act as the primary liaison to ensure system stability, accuracy, & scalability. Driving required. Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, & proof of personal auto insurance. Must pass credit, background, & driver record check.
