About The Position

This role is designed for a strategic consultant who thrives at the intersection of enterprise transformation and technology advisory. Rather than focusing on system implementation, you will guide organizations through complex ERP-related decisions, helping them shape vision, assess readiness, and align technology investments with mission-driven outcomes. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to develop transformation roadmaps, facilitate alignment, and drive organizational change. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide modernization initiatives across sectors such as education, nonprofit, healthcare, and public services. If you bring ERP expertise but are motivated by big-picture strategy and meaningful impact, this role provides both intellectual challenge and mission alignment.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, including exposure to ERP advisory projects such as readiness assessments, system selection, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strategic experience with platforms such as Workday or Oracle, with demonstrated involvement in at least one functional area (e.g., Finance, HCM).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
  • Experience working with mission-driven organizations such as higher education, nonprofit, healthcare, or public sector entities (preferred).
  • Proven ability to independently lead client engagements while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, ERP-related credentials) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact strategic engagements across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Conduct ERP readiness assessments and develop actionable roadmaps that align technology strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Advise executive leaders on ERP-related decisions, platform evaluations, and long-term transformation planning.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, executive briefings, and discovery sessions to drive alignment and consensus.
  • Collaborate with implementation and analytics teams to ensure strategic coherence across transformation efforts.
  • Develop business cases, strategic frameworks, and recommendations that support informed technology investments.
  • Contribute to internal practice development, including methodology refinement, thought leadership, and capability building.
