The ERP Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, currently Workday, supporting Finance, HR, and related business functions. This role ensures system integrity, security, compliance, and continuous improvement through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This is a full time, non-union, exempt position. The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • Strong proficiency with ERP systems, advanced knowledge of Workday strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, problem solve and synthesize information quickly & accurately
  • Ability to successfully train others and make business improvement recommendations
  • Skilled in upgrade management

Responsibilities

  • ERP Administration & Configuration Manage Workday modules for Finance and HR, including security roles, business processes, and integrations.
  • Maintain system parameters, workflows, and reporting structures to align with organizational policies.
  • Security & Compliance Implement and monitor ERP security, including user provisioning, access controls, and audit compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
  • Process Optimization & Support Partner with Finance and HR teams to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for ERP-related issues; coordinate with vendors for escalations.
  • Integration & Vendor Management Oversee integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, tax compliance, document management).
  • Liaise with vendors such as Workday, MHC, and tax compliance providers for updates and patches.
  • Training & Documentation Develop and deliver training for end-users; maintain system documentation and SOPs.
  • Conduct demos and knowledge sessions for new features and upgrades.
  • System Maintenance & Updates Apply patches, feature releases, and tax updates in Workday; validate changes through testing.
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT infrastructure teams for uptime and reliability.
