About The Position

The ERP Program Manager provides analytical and coordinating support for enterprise ERP initiatives within the Workday ecosystem. Working under the direction of the Director of ERP Operations / Program Delivery, this role supports project execution, coordination of quality assurance tasks, and organizational change management activities that enable the stable and compliant operation of Workday across Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain, and Finance. Project Management Support Support assigned ERP initiatives by maintaining project plans, schedules, task tracking, and status reporting Coordinate meetings, document action items, and track follow-ups across functional and technical teams Assist with requirements documentation, issue tracking, and dependency management Prepare standard reporting for leadership review using established templates and tools Escalate schedule risks, scope changes, and resource constraints to the Director Quality Assurance & Testing Coordination Coordinate testing activities in support of ERP changes, including system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing Maintain testing documentation, test scripts, and results in accordance with defined standards Track and document defects; support triage and remediation activities Validate that required approvals and testing artifacts are completed prior to production deployment Support audit and compliance activities through accurate documentation and traceability Organizational Change Management Support Support scheduled Workday releases and interim deployments under the direction of management Maintain release calendars, deployment checklists, and readiness tracking Coordinate change documentation and ensure adherence to release management procedures Collaborate with Information Services for environment and tenant coordination (e.g., sandbox, preview, production) as assigned Support post-release validation and issue tracking Collaborate with ERP Change Management and Training Lead to ensure new features are adoption ready Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience supporting ERP systems, enterprise applications, or IT delivery teams
  • Experience working with structured projects, testing, or release processes
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities
  • Working knowledge of project coordination and delivery practices
  • Understanding of testing and quality assurance concepts
  • Attention to detail and commitment to process adherence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within defined timelines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Workday or comparable ERP platforms
  • Exposure to HR, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain business processes
  • Experience in healthcare, higher education, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise tracking and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet)
