ERP PROGRAM DIRECTOR
About The Position
Accountable for the end-to-end success of the RMS Program as it relates to the Supply Chain Strategy as well as working across functions to ensure operational readiness, value realization, across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Divisions, Finance, and Retail Ops. Translate merchandising business goals into scalable technology roadmaps, ensure end‑to‑end integration (data, process, and UX) with upstream/downstream platforms, and drive value realization through stable operations, continuous optimization, and disciplined governance. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
