You’ll be the linchpin between customers, production, and office functions—keeping information flowing and orders on track. What you’ll do Reception and communication excellence Welcome and direct visitors; maintain accurate visitor logs. Answer and route calls with speed and professionalism. Act as a backup resource for customer questions and timely follow-ups. Coordinate messaging with customers, vendors, and internal departments. Administrative and ERP mastery Enter POs and job data into the ERP with accuracy. Assist production with print loading, document scanning, and recordkeeping. Provide admin support across HR, training, production, and sales. Manage calendars, align internal schedules, and support office communications. Customer order management Enter orders, send confirmations, and provide status updates. Coordinate delivery timing and track job progress end-to-end. Collaborate to resolve customer issues quickly. Maintain spreadsheets and reports for executives and for follow-up cadence. Document control and reporting Create, revise, and file digital and hard-copy documents. Handle confidential materials with discretion. Compile metrics and reports for leaders and department heads. Operational support Monitor workflow and surface resourcing needs. Uphold policies and procedures consistently. Recommend improvements to admin and customer service processes. Keep the office organized; support occasional shop floor visits.
