About The Position

This position will be for a project manager within the 1LMX ERP Production Operations Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Partner with functional leads and product owners to identify and plan key development scope. Provide direct project management oversight for SAP development resources. Work with the scrum masters, RTEs, and scrum team to identify necessary resources, schedule, budget, and milestones for application capabilities. Manage earned value management and scrum team schedule/cost performance. Support cross functional and virtual agile product teams through system development and test. Present team status to functional and IT leadership. As a key member of the ERP Production Operations team, the candidate will need to have project management skills, be technology savvy, be able to negotiate compromises, and have business acumen. Travel may be required (~10%)

Requirements

Strong project management background and experience.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional and program organizations, and with multiple business areas.
Familiarity with ERP Systems (preferably SAP).
Prior experience within manufacturing and production operations.
Excellent written, verbal and briefing/presentation communications skills.
Experience working with virtual teams.
Ability to travel may be required

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing engineering or process planning experience.
Strong technical background in ERP and PLM functionality.
Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills; and the capability to listen and influence.
Direct experience or understanding of LM Digital Transformation and 1LMX.
Agile Product Owner Experience or Agile Project Methodology Experience.
Demonstrated innovation in identifying, communicating, and applying novel approaches to solving problems, and demonstrated persistence in the face of technical, organizational or programmatic challenges.
