About The Position

The ERP Manager acts as a strategic and functional leader responsible for overseeing feature release and guiding architectural decisions for the global Oracle ERP platform. Ensures ERP enhancements align with business priorities and deliver measurable value across Finance, Supply Chain, and integrated applications. Collaborates with functional specialists, integrators, and reporting teams to shape and execute a roadmap of functional changes. Brings deep ERP functional and architectural expertise, particularly in Oracle EBS, to drive scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. Accountable for gathering requirements, managing a backlog of enhancements, and overseeing the full lifecycle of functional changes including testing, training, and ROI tracking. Supports business transformation initiatives including acquisition integration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading ERP functional change initiatives from concept to post-implementation analysis.
  • Managing ERP product roadmaps and evaluating new features for business applications.
  • Writing business cases and managing product backlogs.
  • Collaborating across Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, and Reporting teams.
  • Oracle EBS configuration and architecture.
  • Implementing add-ons and enhancements to ERP and reporting platforms.
  • Training, leadership, mentoring, and documentation skills.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the ERP feature roadmap and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities. Continuously evaluate Oracle EBS feature releases, patches, and add-ons to identify opportunities for adoption. Propose and plan for implementation of new Oracle EBS modules, third-party add-ons, and enhancements to enterprise reporting platforms. Collaborate with IT leadership to communicate roadmap progress and future investment opportunities to business stakeholders.
  • Guide functional decisions for Oracle EBS and integrated applications. Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business goals. Collaborate with technical ERP specialists and integration architects to ensure scalable and secure design.
  • Supervise Finance and Supply Chain functional leads to gather detailed requirements. Translate business needs into functional ERP requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog of changes. Write business cases to justify investment and articulate the value of proposed changes.
  • Oversee the implementation of new functional features in Oracle EBS and related systems. Coordinate with technical teams, data reporting, and integration resources to ensure smooth delivery. Track project progress and facilitate timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business users to plan and execute testing and training activities. Develop reusable training materials and support service desk enablement. Ensure user adoption and satisfaction through effective communication and support.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for functional and architectural improvements. Track ROI and utilization of new features to inform future investment decisions. Support ERP upgrades, migrations, and acquisition integrations.
  • Ensure all changes comply with security and compliance policies. Minimize technical debt and risk to business continuity while maximizing data integrity and privacy.
  • Collaborate with production and supporting departments to ensure the food safety and quality of our products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
