About The Position
NFF is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer with experience in curriculum development, developing training materials, train the trainer, end user training and post go-live support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft ELM, Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) and Oracle Learning Cloud (OCL), paired with advanced knowledge of HR business processes and project management. This role will work closely with the Human Capital Performance & Learning team and the project training team.
Requirements
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems analysis in a PeopleSoft HCM environment. Must include four (4) years of functional experience in an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with PeopleSoft ELM.
- Familiarity with developing training programs and materials.
- Experience working with learning management systems and learning experience platforms.
- Experience managing projects end-to-end.
- Knowledge of design software (e.g., Captivate, Articulate, Vyond).
Responsibilities
- Develop customized training materials and guides that align with Human Capital business processes.
- Assist with HCM training sessions (Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, Retirement, Performance & Learning, etc.)
- Support train the trainer activities.
- Provide post go-live support for training.
- Create and manage training schedules.
