In the role of ERP Data Migration Lead , you will help define product vision, roadmap, and help manage backlog prioritization for ERP migration initiatives in the telecom domain. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of ERP transformation projects. This role demands strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and proven experience in data migration strategies. Required Qualifications: Can didate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time At least 4 years of Information Technology experience Proven data migration experience in ERP transformation programs At least 3 years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role with Agile/Scrum expertise Strong experience in backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems, customer billing, and network inventory Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Product Ownership or Agile (e.g., PSPO, CSPO) At least 3 years of experience in ERP systems within the telecom sector Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration Understanding of ERP integration with telecom operational systems Knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA, Rally) for backlog and sprint management Ability to translate business requirements into actionable product features Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Experience working in global delivery environments Commitment to staying current with ERP and telecom industry trends The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
