Ensure uptime, problem resolution, and technical support of the product. Support Mergers and Acquisitions Product Version Upgrades Key Responsibilities Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. May analyze or recommend commercially available software.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• IT and ERP equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of work experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, ERP Admin, or Support Analyst.
• Familiarity with wholesale distribution company structure and operations outside of IT.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or other Computer Science related discipline.
• Experience with Eclipse and/or Mincron ERP systems.
• Familiarity with wholesale distribution company structure and operations outside of IT.
• Experience with IT standards such as ITIL, Project & Portfolio Management is desired, but not required.
