The Erosion Control Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing tactical and strategic plans to achieve sales revenue goals within a larger defined geographical area. The Erosion Control Sales Manager manages a team that is focused on erosion control sales, gaining market share and asset management in alignment with company financial goals, and developing customers through a team of territory managers/sales representatives. What you’ll do: Develop and implement a plan that delivers sales performance results in alignment with sales objectives for the region. Focus on erosion control sales, customer development and customer retention. Monitor customer performance ensuring that their erosion control needs are being fully met. Promote sale of products and services to customers and other key stakeholders by fully understanding their needs. Provide training to customers and employees. Provide supervision of sales employees and/or team that includes placement, work direction, coaching, development, and performance management Work collaboratively with the category team in Roswell, GA to ensure alignment with overall strategy and alignment. Provide technical support to the engineering and landscape architecture community. Drive specifications on key erosion control projects.
