Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred

Responsibilities

• Design an experience or process aligned with ERIE's model and strategy
• Collaborate with Agents, Customers & Employees to define and drive change
• Gather feedback & insights
• Responsible for data & metrics tracking
• Engage with multi-faceted teams to research new ways of doing business
• Conduct research, gather information, and assist in creating presentations as required
• Perform various tasks related to the achievement of division objectives
