Your seat to fill: Develop and execute strategies to maximize product visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance on Amazon Analyze Amazon performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize listings and drive sales Manage and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content (titles, descriptions, images, bullet points) Regularly update product listings to align with Amazon’s algorithm changes and best practices to improve organic search visibility Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts on Amazon Work with fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate shipping to Amazon warehouses (FBA) or direct fulfillment to customers Monitor and analyze key sales data, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales volume to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly Prepare regular reports for senior management, showcasing Amazon sales performance and recommending improvements If you are passionate about making a significant impact in a fast-growing company and are looking for opportunities to advance both professionally and personally, CYBEX is your destination. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Amazon sales, retail sales or marketplace management
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and drive performance improvements
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Dynamic personality with a positive attitude
• Strong technical experience with Microsoft apps (must be strong in MS Excel) and digital system technology in general
• Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Down to earth and hands-on
• Cross-functional experience, ideally within marketing / sales / project management Experience in managing complex projects
