Responsibilities

Mentor and coach your team to foster strong performance, high productivity, and the consistent delivery of exceptional medical care.
Maintain expert-level proficiency in veterinary technician skills, working alongside your team to provide hands-on, high-quality patient care.
Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, facilitating clear and efficient communication of policies, standards, and performance goals.
Lead process improvement initiatives to drive service excellence and streamline operational efficiency.
Actively support team members in anticipating and addressing client and patient needs, especially during challenging or escalated situations, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Coordinate the daily workflow and task assignments for Veterinary Technicians and Assistants to ensure the hospital is staffed effectively and operates efficiently
Provide constructive performance feedback and assist in creating improvement plans, schedules, and recruitment strategies to help Veterinary Technicians reach their full potential.
