As an ER Information Center Consultant within PNC's Employee Relations organization, you will be based within the Denver, Colorado market. Additional locations within the footprint may be considered. This position has a working shift Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm ET, in an inbound call center environment. The role consists of (but is not limited to): Answering inbound phone calls as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding Employee Relations matters Interpretation of HR policies and practices Conflict resolution and counseling on sensitive workplace issues Manager assistance with performance management, including corrective action Experience working in a call center, Employee Relations or leadership are helpful but not required. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
