Serve as a primary point of contact for Financial Advisors and branch personnel regarding equity and option trade inquiries. Respond to and resolve cases through phone, email, and case management systems in a timely and professional manner. Investigate and support trade corrections, account inquiries, and execution issues. Perform detailed reviews and reconciliations of trade activity to ensure accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with trading desks, technology, compliance, and other operations teams to resolve escalated or complex trade issues. Maintain a strong understanding of market mechanics, trading regulations, and firm policies. Uphold a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize risk and operational errors. Identify and escalate trends or process gaps that may require enhancements or additional training. Support projects, process improvements, and user acceptance testing as needed.
