Equity/Options Trade Support Manager Miami
About The Position
● Perform daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations across equity and option accounts, which included managing T+0 trade breaks ● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to retain control, mitigate risk, and resolve trade related issues. ● Train and manage the transition of T+0 end of day process to an overseas team to create space for new projects. ● Responsible for corporate action & dividend processing, reviewing, and reporting from an operations capacity. ● Display the ability to adjust and adapt to tasks working with prime brokers, executing brokers, portfolio managers, and traders to assure trades, rates, adjustments, and timing were all communicated in a timely manner. ● Manage team of 3-5 in Miami
Requirements
- 10+ years experience managing an Equity & Options Trade support team from a top tier bank or hedge fund
- US citizens only
