About The Position

Access to corporate management continues to be a key determinant of how our clients allocate commission dollars. Corporate Access plans and manages equity conferences, non-deal road shows and other subject matter expert, issuing corporation executives and institutional investor engagements. Requirements

• College Graduate
• Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
• Ability to interact with management teams and internal/external partners in a thoughtful and strategic manner
• Demonstrate leadership qualities with attentiveness to detail
• Strong understanding of Excel and analytical skills
• Quick learner of technology and the ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Liaise with company management teams, equity research and institutional sales to develop and execute corporate access events.
• Effectively market Corporate Access events internally to research sales and sales trading.
• Work closely with research sales and sales trading to monetize Corporate Access events.
• Assist with the preparation of corporate and investor briefing books with the ultimate goal of increasing Corporate Access events.
• Assist with the creation of feedback materials.
