About The Position

We are looking for an Equities Trading Floor Support Analyst to support Front Office traders, Middle Office users, and Compliance in a fast-paced trading floor environment. Provide direct, real-time support to Equities traders across cash equities, ETFs, electronic and program trading, and options. Monitor trading systems, EMS/OMS platforms, and FIX network connectivity to ensure stability and performance. Troubleshoot real-time trading incidents and investigate regulatory and compliance-related inquiries. Communicate major incidents clearly and effectively to business and technology stakeholders. Gather requirements from traders and business users; document, track, and prioritize requests. Produce business specifications for vendors and internal development teams to support system enhancements. Share business workflows with Support and QA teams to strengthen regression testing coverage. Maintain and enhance knowledge bases, support scripts, documentation, and operating procedures. #LI-MNRK

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting mission-critical applications on an Equities trading floor (e.g. US Market Making, ETFs, Electronic Trading, Global Program Trading, Options).
  • Strong understanding of high-touch trading workflows, FIX protocol, OMS/EMS, IOIs, market data, and CTM.
  • Proven experience handling regulatory and compliance requests, including Reg NMS, Reg SHO, CAT, ACT, ORF, and TRACE.
  • Working knowledge of Linux, SQL, JIRA, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
