We’re looking for a proactive Equipment Support Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in stabilizing and improving the reliability of manufacturing equipment, ensuring seamless operations reducing downtime. You’ll play a key role in fostering an efficient, collaborative, and inclusive work environment for technicians, engineers, and operations staff.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance and reliability.
  • Strong technical knowledge of microelectronics manufacturing operations and equipment.
  • Experience working in regulated industries.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical or maintenance related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership skills associated with influence management.
  • Ability to inspire, train, facilitate, and lead.
  • Medical device manufacturing and operations experience.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment, including knowledge of FDA regulations, QSR, ISO standards, and related regulations.
  • Previous knowledge of medical device quality systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance of automated production equipment.
  • Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
  • Oversee technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment.
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of multi-skilled engineers, planners, coordinators, and technicians, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Lead individual development planning and training plans to create a high performing organization.
  • Provide technical mentoring and facilitating training to ensure high technical competency within your organization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusivity, ensuring the team is engaged, supported, and performing at a high level.
