A Day in the Life In this exciting role as Equipment Support Supervisor, you will be leading a team of Technicians managing equipment maintenance including emergency, corrective and preventative maintenance. You will oversee partnership with equipment vendors and support the digitalization of this team in Maintenance Excellence at our Danvers facility. The Danvers Site has been part of Medtronic since 1984 and serves several internal partners that require delivery systems for it's therapies. A Danvers product impacts a customer somewhere in the world about every 2 seconds. Danvers has annualized cost of goods of about 120 million USD supporting revenue of 8 billion USD. The site supports eleven Medtronic OUs with finished goods and components and employs over 1000 people. The site operates several product lines like: Guide Catheter, Export, PWP, Guardwire, Enveo, Spiderman, MRI, CryoCath, Fusion, Micra, Needle, TrailBlazer, React, Bolero and Sensight.
Requirements
- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
- Requires 1+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Oversees the maintenance of production equipment.
- Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.
- Oversees technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment.
- Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
- Manages training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.
- Maintains inventory and/or spare parts.
- Schedules manufacturing activities.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
