Peak is looking for an Equipment Supervisor who thrives on organization, technical problem-solving, and making every event a flawless experience. From audio and video to projection, LED walls, and computers, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping our equipment ready and our teams empowered.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of professional project or AV equipment management.
• Technical Know-How: Familiarity with audio, video, LED walls, and lighting equipment. Hands-on experience with maintenance and troubleshooting is a must.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Inventory control software knowledge
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, comfortable presenting to managers, clients, and peers.
• Problem-Solving: Able to define problems, collect data, and implement solutions efficiently.

• RentalPoint experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Gear: Maintain, organize, and ensure all AV and technical equipment—including microphones, cameras, speakers, LED walls, and lighting—is in top shape.
• Lead the Inventory: Track, input, and manage new and existing equipment. Keep the warehouse and show-ready stock organized and ready for action.
• Keep Everything Running: Schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate repairs, and liaise with service contractors to prevent downtime.
• Support the Team: Assist with equipment pull, storage, setup, and breakdown for events—keeping things moving seamlessly behind the scenes.
• Be the Go-To Pro: Provide guidance and oversight for AV equipment installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Budget & Supplies: Keep tabs on maintenance budgets, parts, tools, and inventory so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Be the Face of Peak: Deliver polished, professional service when interacting with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Stay Calm Under Pressure: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while keeping your cool and leading by example.
• Foster Team Spirit: Promote collaboration, communication, and a positive environment where everyone can succeed.
