About The Position

From $80,000+ annually for qualified, experienced candidates. We will also train motivated individuals without prior forklift sales experience. Compensation for entry-level candidates will start lower and grow as training milestones and performance goals are achieved. Forklift Systems has earned 50+ top dealer awards in the material handling industry. Our family-owned company has been in business for over 45 years and continues to grow rapidly. We are a top-producing material handling dealer for Bobcat, UniCarriers, and BYD Forklifts. We’re also a leader in rack systems, aerial and boom lifts, floor sweepers and scrubbers, industrial vehicles, and a wide range of allied products. Territory: Louisville–Jefferson County and surrounding counties. This is an established territory that Forklift Systems has successfully developed and supported for over five years , providing a strong foundation of existing customers and growth opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 40-hour work week
Self-motivated and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
General computer literacy
Ability to successfully use CRM software (Pipedrive)

Responsibilities

Sell new and used forklifts, material handling, industrial, and allied equipment
Develop and grow assigned territory to maximize sales potential
Build and implement sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base
Identify and develop new accounts while maintaining existing accounts
Complete sales documentation, quotations, and CRM updates (Pipedrive)
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
