We are seeking a motivated Equipment Sales Representative to help drive new business, support long-term customer relationships, and represent our diverse line of equipment and services. This is a salary + commission-based role with uncapped earning potential , ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in equipment, capital goods, or industrial solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing customer relationships
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and technology platforms used in modern sales environments
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage territory and priorities independently
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the material handling or industrial equipment industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell new and used equipment across a range of premium product lines within a defined territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through consistent communication and service-oriented follow-up.
  • Prepare proposals and product recommendations tailored to customer operations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for units sold, revenue, and profitability.
  • Accurately manage all customer and pipeline activity in the company’s CRM platform.
  • Leverage digital tools, manufacturer portals, and internal systems to support the sales process.
  • Sell service-related offerings such as planned maintenance agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination from quote to delivery and beyond.
