About The Position

As an Equipment Sales Representative at Eijkelkamp North America, you will drive sales growth for the company’s sonic drilling equipment, tooling, and related products by engaging with prospects and customers, managing both inbound and outbound sales activities, and nurturing long-term relationships with end users and distribution partners. You will play a key role in meeting revenue goals, supporting technical product understanding, and contributing to the expansion of ENA’s market presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, technical sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively listen to customer needs and identify appropriate product solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, environmental science, engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience or interest in environmental, geotechnical, or scientific instrumentation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities through outreach via phone, email, and follow-up communications.
  • Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and existing customer needs.
  • Qualify customer requirements and provide product recommendations tailored to field and research applications.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline for soil & water equipment solutions.
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Track the complete sales process to ensure timely order fulfillment and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop deep knowledge of ENA’s product lines, including environmental sampling, drilling, CPT, monitoring, and laboratory equipment.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and communicate key features and benefits clearly to technical and non-technical customers.
  • Support distributors with product expertise and sales assistance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the company CRM system.
  • Provide periodic sales reports and insights to management.
  • Work closely with the sales, logistics, service, and technical teams to deliver coordinated customer solutions.
  • Assist with special projects, trade shows, and product trainings as assigned.
