What You'll Master Champion workplace safety and preventive measures. Keep mechanical frameworks and electronic setups running smoothly. Become proficient in diagnosing system failures with accuracy. Link circuits and manage equipment vitality through wire connections. Develop critical solutions for balancing and setting up equipment infrastructure. Craft essential mechanical parts from a variety of metals and materials. Secure compliance with local and federal electrical regulations. Participate and enhance our routine safety and quality programs. Shift Details Work 3:30PM-2:00AM, Monday through Thursday Fridays reserved for potential overtime when necessary

Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in an industrial environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.
  • Extensive knowledge in mechanical and electronic systems.
  • Initiative-driven and able to take tactical guidance.
  • Expert in alignment tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Efficient in welding and using precision torch tools.
  • Comfortable working at heights or on scaffolding.
  • Certified proficiency in programming and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Consistently lift 20-50 lbs.
  • Flexible enough for continuous bending, standing, or twisting.
  • Be prepared to walk multiple miles each shift.
  • Visually sharp at 20/30 with proper corrective lenses.
  • Agile fingers for precise object handling.
