About The Position

Equipment Program Administrator Key Role: Coordinate administrative and support functions for one or more executives or management personnel. Acquire knowledge of program or project requirements, policies, and procedures. Work on semi-routine tasks and assignments, requiring limited judgment. Work under limited supervision and follow established processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in CI/HUMINT administrative support
  • Experience managing Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) and Commercial of the Shelf (COTS) training equipment associated with Charlie Company Courses
  • Experience identifying POR resource deficiencies and monitoring supply levels and coordinating with MCIS S4 or S6 staff for the repair or replacement of POR or COTS IT and audiovisual training equipment
  • Experience coordinating with MCIS S6 staff concerning the resolution software and system issues experienced within the MAGTF CI/HUMINT Course training compound, including the Training Village
  • Experience supporting the MAGTF CI/HUMINT Course leadership with POR-specific planning actions, including researching current issues, preparing items to augment and supplement existing course materials with recent lessons learned or late breaking events, planning for upcoming course instruction, and carry-over to upcoming deliveries
  • Experience managing all POR and COTS IT and audiovisual equipment utilized within MAGTF CI/HUMINT Course, including training CI/HUMINT students on the proper use and care of POR and COTS training equipment
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Completion of MAGTF CI/HUMINT Course
