About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support production needs. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain a secure work environment. Assist with loading, transporting, and handling materials as required. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment effectively.
- Strong awareness of safety practices and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills.
- Capacity to adapt to changing job demands and work conditions.
- Commitment to maintaining a productive and safe workplace.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
