About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in the North Providence, RI area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $35-45/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Must be able to operate a variety of equipment including excavators, loaders, and dozers Must be able to operate in a safe and controlled manner in close proximity to the ground crews, buildings, and other vehicles and equipment Support team members with projects on site Conduct daily inspections on equipment before operating to identify and report any issues Monitor the safety of the site and keep it free of unnecessary hazards

Requirements

Have a strong mechanical understanding of the equipment
Be able to lift 50lbs
Posses a valid drivers license
Posses a Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License
Posses a Valid DOT Health Physical Card

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of equipment including excavators, loaders, and dozers
Operate in a safe and controlled manner in close proximity to the ground crews, buildings, and other vehicles and equipment
Support team members with projects on site
Conduct daily inspections on equipment before operating to identify and report any issues
Monitor the safety of the site and keep it free of unnecessary hazards
