About The Position

Operated and monitored a full concrete and asphalt recycling plant, including jaw and HSI crushers, multi‑deck screens, magnets, and conveyor systems. Managed plant startup/shutdown, adjusted crusher settings and feed rates, and maintained product quality through continuous material assessment and real‑time process adjustments. Performed routine and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment, including conveyor systems, screen media, bearings, lubrication, and HSI blow bar inspection and replacement. Operated heavy equipment—including loaders and excavators—for material staging, preprocessing, stockpile management, contamination control, and accurate customer truck loadout. Ensured safety and compliance by conducting pre‑operational inspections, participating in daily safety planning, following OSHA and site procedures, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in crushing and screening operations, aggregate processing, and concrete/asphalt recycling, with advanced knowledge of plant processes and equipment.
  • Proven mechanical aptitude with the ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant machinery and systems.
  • Skilled in operating heavy equipment—including front‑end loaders, excavators, and plant control systems—with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, self‑directed ownership mindset, high reliability in attendance and communication, and consistent task follow‑through.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Nice To Haves

  • Strong commitment to safety and situational awareness, with preferred experience including 5+ years in crushing/screening, welding and fabrication, crew coordination, hydraulic troubleshooting, and maintenance on conveyors, screens, jaw crushers, and HSI blow bars.
