About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Safely operate heavy equipment to support production, loading, and material movement Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly Maintain steady material flow to meet operational and production goals Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures at all times Collaborate with team members to keep the site running efficiently and safely
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate industrial or heavy equipment
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to following procedures
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment issues
- Dependable, team-oriented approach with clear communication skills
- Willingness and capability to learn site processes and equipment operation
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
